The DSW engagement is priced at $8,000 (without GST). It includes a full 8 hours workshop with your stakeholders aligning everyone on the business and marketing goal, developing of a single buyer persona, mapping out the buyer’s journey and brainstorming content ideas together.
“Your customers are not buying the way they used to 10 years ago.”
These days, it’s all we’ve been hearing. But here’s the crux of the matter — Do you know why? And how do you best reach out to them now? How well do you truly know your customers?
Buying Behaviour has changed. If you don’t have an answer to these questions, you’re not alone. Businesses everywhere struggle with the same problem, but more often than not, they jump headfirst into marketing executions without taking ample time to clarify their business goals and personas.
- 40% of companies say that getting a response from prospects is more difficult now than 2–3 years ago.
- 81% trust their friends and family’s advice over advice from a business.
- 55% no longer trust the companies they buy from as much as they used to.
- 65% do not trust company press releases.
- 69% do not trust advertisements.
- 71% do not trust sponsored ads on social networks.
- HubSpot Research Trust Research Survey 2018 conducted with 2,319 consumers in US and UK.
Let’s face it - we love shortcuts and silver bullets. But as with all relationships, you need to start off on the right foot, especially your relationship with your customer.
That’s why we created the Digital Strategy Workshop (DSW). The workshop will empower marketers like you to thoroughly understand your customers and their buying pattern, make informed decisions aligned with your business goals and develop targeted content to attract prospects.
Meet Denise Tan.
APAC Senior Marketing Manager of a Global B2B Manufacturing & Engineering Firm
“Whenever a new Financial Year comes around, our business units will pressure us for campaign ideas. Unfortunately, many of these ideas are run-of-the-mill and, worse, can be disconnected from our business goals. We are looking for a 3rd party agency that can help provide a framework and set the new direction for the year ahead.”
Does this sound familiar to you?
Before Inbound, Denise stuck to branding advertisements and ad hoc promotions for her marketing campaigns. These marketing campaigns were short-term sprints at best, and after they rode out the initial high, the marketing team was left hung out to dry with no more than a couple leads every month. To make matters worse, sales complained that they couldn’t use the leads and put the blame on marketing for missing their business goals.
While researching ways to improve, she chanced upon Inbound Marketing, and how our workshop can help tie up her marketing approach to the company's goals, and align efforts across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. Denise had her whole team come in for our workshop.
After the workshop, Denise and her team had a much clearer understanding of their target market and their ideal customer. They realised that their marketing efforts weren’t bringing in results because they didn’t have a clear Buyer Persona. After all, how can you sell to someone you don’t really know?
They also understood the importance of the Buyer’s Journey and the stages a customer goes through in the marketing funnel. Denise realised that marketing wasn’t as hard as she thought; they were just not hitting the right spots. Without a clear marketing vision and SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely), they were simply emptying their marketing budget down a black hole.

Our Digital Strategy Workshop spurred a series of purposeful, goal-driven marketing campaigns that ultimately met their business objectives, which set them up for long-term success.
“When we first heard the agency's framework, it made logical sense as we were able to see how the process helped to tie all stakeholders back to our business goals. After launching the campaign, we were getting over 200 leads in the first month! A good 70% of the leads were the type of prospects we were hoping to reach out to, but never succeeded in the past.”
You can achieve the same success as Denise and her team.
After this workshop, you and your marketing team will be able to:
✓ Zoom in on the things that matter (cut out distractions) by developing a clear understanding of the business objectives you aim to achieve
✓ Save time with clarity and focus by using SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely)
✓ Align your marketing & sales efforts to bring in and close leads by identifying your ideal Buyer Profile and Persona
✓ Produce content that resonates with your customers by getting a sense of their challenges and motivations via the Buyer Persona
✓ Maximise the potential of your marketing budget by generating targeted content that speaks to your buyer’s needs and emotions at every stage of the Buyer’s Journey
✓ Diagnose issues early and adapt quicker by using the concept of fundamental assumptions

FAQs
This is not your usual workshop where you just take notes and learn from a trainer. Instead, it is a fully interactive session that requires meaningful input from the participants. We should expect not more than 6 attendees from your end. Some of these attendees would include representatives from your Management team, Marketing team, Sales team and Fulfilment team. For a more robust discussion, it would be ideal if we have at least 1 representative from each department to participate in this full-day workshop.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a list of content ideas co-developed during the workshop that can be further developed into marketing campaigns.
We will be sending over a pre-workshop questionnaire before the workshop. The answers you provide in the questionnaire will set the stage for a good discussion during the actual workshop.
The workshop can be held at your office in a meeting room big enough to fit at least 10 people seated comfortably. If you do not have the facilities available, we are more than happy to share the use of our meeting room at no extra charge (food & refreshments can be provided at extra cost).
To facilitate the workshop, we would require a whiteboard, projector, WiFi, some post-its and markers.
After the workshop, we will provide a post-workshop summary deck. The entire engagement will be completed with the sharing of the deck.
We will be providing a team including a senior partner of clickTRUE, assisted by your account manager. Our Senior Partners are made up of Marketing Practitioners, Engineers and Entrepreneurs. Our team are all Google, Facebook & Hubspot certified too.
The foundation of the workshop is based on Inbound Marketing principles. It is conducted by a senior partner of clickTRUE with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in both business consulting, sales and marketing. The interactive discussion facilitated by the partner will help your organisation uncover the ideal customer profile and achieve alignment between Sales, Marketing and Management.
If your company is looking to quantifiably grow the business, drive more leads, and is open-minded and committed to creative marketing solutions, we’re probably a good fit. We work primarily with clients in B2B industries such as tech, manufacturing, higher education, business and professional services and non-profit organizations who have proven business models. Clients that experience the most sustained success with us understand that there are no quick-fixes or silver bullets. Instead, they are committed to our process and share with us clearly defined goals. We understand that we are appreciated by many people, but not everyone, so if we discover we’re not a good fit for each other, we’ll help point you to someone else who might be.
Before the workshop, we will require you to fill up the pre-workshop questionnaire. If you have further input & assumptions about your customers, you can also help to share it during the workshop discussion.
Like XERO and Quickbooks is to accounting department, or a Hubspot CRM is to sales division, HubSpot Marketing is to marketing team. It’s a platform that allows us to do work more efficiently by automating manual tasks. While using HubSpot Growth Suite isn’t a requirement, it is strongly recommended, and definitely makes everyone’s lives easier by consolidating all the tools we’ll be using in one place. And, according to a Focus Research study, the likelihood you’ll see ROI faster, also greater.
