+ HOW MUCH IS THE DIGITAL STRATEGY WORKSHOP (DSW) AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The DSW engagement is priced at $8,000 (without GST). It includes a full 8 hours workshop with your stakeholders aligning everyone on the business and marketing goal, developing of a single buyer persona, mapping out the buyer’s journey and brainstorming content ideas together.

+ HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO THE WORKSHOP?

This is not your usual workshop where you just take notes and learn from a trainer. Instead, it is a fully interactive session that requires meaningful input from the participants. We should expect not more than 6 attendees from your end. Some of these attendees would include representatives from your Management team, Marketing team, Sales team and Fulfilment team. For a more robust discussion, it would be ideal if we have at least 1 representative from each department to participate in this full-day workshop.

+ WILL I GET READY-TO-IMPLEMENT CAMPAIGNS AFTER THE WORKSHOP?

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a list of content ideas co-developed during the workshop that can be further developed into marketing campaigns.

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE THE WORKSHOP?

We will be sending over a pre-workshop questionnaire before the workshop. The answers you provide in the questionnaire will set the stage for a good discussion during the actual workshop.

+ WHERE IS THE WORKSHOP HELD?

The workshop can be held at your office in a meeting room big enough to fit at least 10 people seated comfortably. If you do not have the facilities available, we are more than happy to share the use of our meeting room at no extra charge (food & refreshments can be provided at extra cost).

+ DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL SETUP TO CONDUCT THE WORKSHOP?

To facilitate the workshop, we would require a whiteboard, projector, WiFi, some post-its and markers.

+ DO I GET ANY SUPPORT AFTER THE WORKSHOP?

After the workshop, we will provide a post-workshop summary deck. The entire engagement will be completed with the sharing of the deck.

+ WHO ARE THE TRAINERS FOR THE WORKSHOP?

+ AFTER THE WORKSHOP, DO I HAVE TO USE ANY TOOLS LIKE CRM OR HUBSPOT TO BENEFIT?

Like XERO and Quickbooks is to accounting department, or a Hubspot CRM is to sales division, HubSpot Marketing is to marketing team. It’s a platform that allows us to do work more efficiently by automating manual tasks. While using HubSpot Growth Suite isn’t a requirement, it is strongly recommended, and definitely makes everyone’s lives easier by consolidating all the tools we’ll be using in one place. And, according to a Focus Research study, the likelihood you’ll see ROI faster, also greater.
